Black Sea Strategies was represented at this major event, which marks the growing role of this non-partisan organisation in promoting transatlantic values, democratic resilience, and regional security, including in the Black Sea region.

Black Ses Strategies participated in SEESOF 2025 – Târgu Mureș, Romania, a key platform for dialogue and cooperation among the Special Operations Forces community in Southeast Europe. The event featured cutting-edge military technology, demonstrations, and discussions between military specialists and industry.

As the first major outcome from the 47G delegation’s visit to Romania – an initiative driven by B2S to bridge academia, industry, and strategic partnerships – Romanian professors will be teaching at Utah Tech University.

In May 2025, Black Sea Strategies officially joined 47G Utah Defense Ecosystem, a top community dedicated focused on enhancing U.S. and allied capabilities. Additionally, the CEO of B2S joins the 47G Defense Advisory Board.

B2S representatives joined manufacturers, experts, and delegations from 28 countries at this international event focused on defence, aerospace, and security industries, showcasing the latest innovations in military equipment and technology.

From March 3-7, 2025, Black Sea Strategies, in partnership with the Commercial Office of the US Embassy in Bucharest, organised an economic mission for 47G – Utah Aerospace & Defense in Romania, to explore investment and collaboration opportunities.

In January 2025, the CEO of Black Sea Strategies was invited to join the Advisory Council of this organisation, which is at the forefront of integrating technology and diplomacy to promote global freedom and security.

Black Sea Strategies’s CEO was invited as a speaker in the panel “Strategic perspectives on regional security: Romania’s response to the militarisation of the Black Sea, cyberdefence, and preparation for future conflicts.”
